Cancellation Policy
Hello Sayali believes in helping its customers as much as possible and has, therefore, adopted a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:
Order Cancellation
Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 2 days of placing the order. However, if the order has already been processed and shipped, the cancellation request may not be entertained.
Non-Cancellable Items
We do not accept cancellation requests for perishable items like flowers, eatables, etc. However, if the product delivered is of unsatisfactory quality, a refund or replacement may be issued upon verification.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please report it to our Customer Service team within 2 days of receipt. The request will be entertained only after verification by the merchant.
Product Mismatch
If the product received does not match the description on our site or does not meet your expectations, you must notify our customer service within 2 days of receiving the product. We will review your complaint and take appropriate action.
Products with Manufacturer Warranty
For products that come with a manufacturer's warranty, please refer the issue directly to the manufacturer.
Refund Process
For any refunds approved by Hello Sayali, it will take 3-5 business days for the refund to be processed and credited to the customer's account.
